Calorie counting


MyFitnessPal is a good way to track your calories, and to realise how much protein & carbs you’re consuming. You don’t need to use it constantly even just to start you off or keep you on the right track. Make sure you’re not under or over eating.

Counting calories is a good way to track your progress as well, doesn’t matter what phase you’re in at the gym.

If your wanting to keep track of how much macros you’re consuming I’d recommend getting food scales.
