What is progress overload ?

It’s different ways to increase tensity of the workouts to avoid plateau of muscle mass and strength.

One reason for progress overload is to prevent someone from reaching the point their workout no longer challenges them or no longer effective.  Another way to say you’ll be able to increase your strength.

What’s the different ways to progress your training? You can do it by increasing your weights, reps and volume. Making sure you stick to the same training plan and don’t give up a few weeks weeks or months down the line.
