Online Coaching

What is online coaching? It’s the same as personal training without the one 2 one session. You’ll get a training plan suited to your goals and get help with nutrition including calories, macros (protein, carbohydrates and fats). Help when you’re needing it, even if you think it might be a silly question. Training analysis as well, so you send over videos of your work out and I’ll give you some tips and let you know how you’re getting on with your goals. You will receive weekly check ins where I’ll change anything that might need changed and see how you are progressing on your fitness journey.
