Sleep

It’s doesn’t matter what your goal is in the gym, sleep is vitally important.  Sleep also helps mental health as well as your physical health.

As much as it’s good to get your nutrition on track. It’s just as important to get a good nights sleep, as most adults need 7/9 hrs per night. Getting a good nights sleep is all part of your recovery from the gym.

Having a good sleep allows the muscle tissue to recover between workouts. Also while you’re sleeping your body regulates your metabolism which coverts food into energy.
