Scales are a good way to keep track of how you’re doing but I wouldn’t use them as the only thing to gauge progress. When using the scales id recommend using them everyday then taking a 7 day average. One thing to remember is weight can fluctuate for a few reasons. I know it can be disheartening when you don’t see what your wanting to see, and remember not to let it define you

Time of the month ?

Stressed ?

Eaten more carbs ?

Been to the toilet ?
