Calorie deficit

What is a calorie deficit ? Eating less than your maintenance calories. To help with your deficit you should increase your steps and cardio.  Even if your steps are virtually nothing you can still slowly add to them. When it comes to eating in a deficit you don’t need to cut out food you enjoy you can eat them in moderation. If you just cut out food you enjoy, it causes people to fall off the wagon easier and you won’t enjoy the process. Make sure you take progress pictures of yourself as well as using the scales to keep track of your deficit. When using the scales, i’d recommend using them everyday at roughly the same time each morning, then take an average weight for the week. Just because you’ve went into deficit you don’t need to change your training up!
