Training on your period

Girls just because it’s your time of the month doesn’t mean you can’t train or go to classes. Yes your strength does dip when you’re weight training, it’s all part of the process. Remember you’re not the only one going through it we all have our good and bad weeks with it.  One bit of advice I’d go with is don’t push yourself in the gym let yourself go lighter and don’t let it bother you if you need to do less reps as well. Don’t think your just giving into craving allow them. As balance is key have your cravings but remember you don’t need to go over board with them.
