Starting back

Whether your just starting out or starting back. No matter what, remember it’s your  journey no one else’s, everyone’s journey is different! One thing to remember is, there are a few different ways to measure your progress, so don’t be hard on yourself if you don’t see progress a certain way or if you don’t see results as quick as you’d like.  It will take time just Like everything in life.


Furthermore nutrition is a very important part of your journey as well. People think it’s hard in the gym but really that hard part is in the kitchen! The one thing to work out is calories and macros, especially calories depending on your goals there is three ways to realise what’s the right way for you deficient, maintenance or surplus. Personal trainers can help guide you with nutrition. A good idea to try help with food why not give food prep ago, you’ll know what’s there to eat and have snacks ready.

Your body might find it hard at first if you’ve taken a break for bit or starting a new routine. Which you could find hard at first, but you will soon start to find it easier as you keep up your routine and continue to push yourself. If your finding it hard to keep motivated why not give personal training a  try or what about a workout buddy. Keep going and remember why you started fitness journey.
